During the holidays truck drivers are needed more than ever. Seasonal workers are
typically hired early on in retail sales, however drivers are already in short supply! During the
holiday season from Halloween through New Year, shipping increases to 30% greater than any
other time of the year. In order to keep drivers motivated and comfortable, a proper working

Despite inflation increasing dramatically over the last year, spending is strong across the
United States. Delivery companies such as UPS are hiring for the seasonal increase at a higher

hour to all employees. However, retailers such as Walmart and Target are trimming down the

year you will want to make sure that you complete your purchases early to ensure that theyarrive on time.

Since the onset of COVID19 there has been a nationwide increase in demand for goods
to be shipped – and shipped quickly. Drivers have been incentivized with an increase in pay and
sign on bonuses in recent years in order to help fulfill the increase in demands. In most states
drivers make roughly $22-$24 dollars per hour. This is significantly higher than the average $18
per hour most other positions offer with similar qualifications. A Tripac APU is also a great way

incredible amount of waste. Our environment across the globe would benefit greatly
from a reduction in idling emissions not to mention the fuel cost savings. Enter the
